The people of David Allen helping the people of our communities.
- January 20, 2007, Promoting Reading:
Deborah A. Burgoine, David Allen & Associates Paralegal,
as President of the Stockton - San Joaquin County Professional
Association, hosted a community crab feed for the benefit
of local schools: "the
funds we raised will go into our general account to assist
the school our association adopted -Washington School here
in Stockton - with books. Our members go to the individual
classrooms to read to the kids and then we leave the books
for that particular classroom to use all year round."
- David Allen regularly offers assistance to the Sacramento
Food Bank and Trinity Church activities.
- July 6-18, 2006 Cultural Ambassadors
to China: Attorneys David Allen, Lexis Allen, and Jonathan
A. Hendricks traveled to China as cultural ambassadors with
the Sacramento Choral Society. Jonathan
sang in the Forbidden City, the ancient capital of X'ian
and Sacramento's sister city, Jinan. Jonathan Hendricks
III, age 7, as a junior cultural ambassador for the U.S.
He made the biggest impact, since most Chinese rarely see
an American child. His picture was taken repeatedly with
Chinese adults and children.
- 2008, David Allen & Associates
assists non-profit organizations in developing websites.
Most notably, the Trinity
Builds site for the Trinity
Episcopal Cathedral Church of Sacramento supporting
community interest and education regarding the church's
planned expansion.
